How much does it cost to register a business in Nepal?
It depends on five things: the business/company type (company, sole proprietorship, partnership), the authorized capital for companies, the location (municipality and ward), the business activity, and the licences and registrations your activity needs (PAN, VAT, industry registration, local trade licence). Company fees are fixed national slabs; local fees differ from place to place.
What do I need to register a company?

Does the company registration fee depend on capital?
